Skinner & T'witch are very much looking forward to their 13th Pick n' Mix at The Grove Inn, Leeds, on Saturday, April 21st, which features Katie Spencer, Mestisa, Martin Rose, and Skinner & T'witch!

Skinner & T'witch's 13th Pick n' Mix showcase - a little of what you fancy does you good! Saturday, April 21st, from 7.45pm (Doors open 7.15pm) at The Grove Inn, Back Row, Leeds LS11 5PL With...Katie Spencer, Mestisa, Martin Rose, and Skinner & T'witch! Entry by donation (pay as you feel) - suggested donation £5.

Skinner & T'witch's Pick n' Mix showcases some of the best of the emerging talent from in and around Leeds (& Skinner & T'witch!)

Come on down! It's good craic, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with excellent music to boot!

Katie Spencer - 'Drawing on influences such as John Martyn, Roy Harper and Laura Marling, Spencer creates modern folk music which owes as much to East Riding as it does to the American greats, with her striking vocals and adept songwriting backed by evocative and complex acoustic guitar. Indeed, recent demo ‘'Warehouse One’' boasts a formidable atmosphere … to create a Western soundscape of which Ry Cooder would be proud.' John Doyle, Wake The Deaf:

Mestisa - Mestisa blew everyone away at Skinner & T'witch's Pick n' Mix WSO Acoustic Roots Charity Festival in October, 2017. Leeds based Mestisa perform traditional and popular music from Latin America, with Ana Luisa Muñoz on vocals, cuotro, and guitar, and Barbara Kempf on vocals, guitar, and charango.
